Todt calls for Mick Schumacher to be 'left in peace'

As he continues with his preparations for his debut season in F2, having recently been recruited to the Ferrari Driver Academy, Jean Todt is only too aware of the enormous pressure that rests on Mick Schumacher's shoulders. Todt was Michael Schumacher's boss at Ferrari when Mick was born in 1999, the year before the German legend won the first of his five titles with the Maranello outfit. Having known him from birth, Todt appreciates what Mick is going through, not only in terms of his F2 debut, but the obvious stress in terms of his father's condition following his skiing accident in 2013.
