Williams: We can "fight for P4" in 2019
Claire Williams believes her team will bounce back dramatically in 2019 and suggests they can fight for the 'best of the rest spot'. The team principal also said Williams have the resources and budget to make these changes before the 2021 overhaul. In 2018, Williams finished bottom of the constructors' championship, but changes to the driver line-up weave in fresh air.
