Mexican GP promoter distances himself from Liberty statement

Following the statement released by Formula 1 race promoters, the Mexican Grand Prix promoter has come out and denied his participation but accepts the worries of other promoters. The original FOPA statement included concerns over the lack of free broadcasting available, with the British market being dominated by Sky with only highlights and the British Grand Prix being shown on Channel 4, which is free to air.
