The secret to Alonso's success
Fernando Alonso’s Formula 1 career may have come to an end, with his final race being the 2018 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix but there’s still plenty to take from his final season. Although Alonso wasn’t competitive at the top end of the leaderboard, finishing eleventh with 50 points he managed to outperform his teammate Stoffel Vandoorne beating the Belgian 21 times in qualifying.
