Williams announce Robert Kubica's successor

Williams have announced Nicholas Latifi as their new test driver, with the Canadian filling the role that Robert Kubica had during the 2018-season before he stepped up for a permanent seat at the team. All of the actual seats in F1 have been taken by now, but there are plenty of reserve drivers who have yet to be announced. Williams have filled their vacancy now though, as Latifi has switched over from being Force India's reserve driver. The Canadian has been active in Formula 2 for a few years now, as he finished ninth in the championship.
