Marko labels front wing change as "useless"
Helmut Marko is never one to mince his works, and he once again has taken swipe at something. This time it’s the new front wing, which has been brought in for the 2019 season. The new wing aims to reduce turbulence and hopefully improve racing by making it easier for a car to follow another. A major downside of F1 in recent years has been the lack of overtaking and wheel to wheel racing, especially when DRS is not part of the equation. However, Marko is obviously not impressed by the re-design, which he says cost his Red Bull €15 million.
