Lauda delivers video update with Mercedes

Mercedes have shared a video update from Niki Lauda, with the Austrian looking in fine shape as he continues to recover from a lung transplant. The three-time world champion was on typical form as he hailed the Silver Arrows 2018 double title triumph – a fifth in a row. Lauda spent almost three months in intensive care after undergoing emergency surgery which doctors believe saved him from certain death. The three-time world champion fell ill while on holiday in Spain and was later taken to hospital in Vienna, where he underwent the operation.
