Sauber launches young driver programme

Sauber has joined forces with Charouz Racing System to launch a young driver development programme. Powered by Ferrari in Formula 1, Sauber has become a home for the Scuderia's young drivers, blooding Charles Leclerc this season while Antonio Giovinazzi will step up in 2019. However, Sauber now intend having their own junior programme, the Sauber Junior Team, in collaboration with Charouz Racing System. Under the partnership, junior Sauber drivers will race for Charouz Racing in Formula 2, FIA Formula 3, ADAC Formel 4 Championship and the Italian F4 Championship.
