Hamilton Praises ‘Faultless' Team Effort Towards Mercedes' 100th F1 Pole

Mercedes AMG Petronas Motorsport‘s Lewis Hamilton has praised the team for their ‘faultless' work overnight to help capture pole position for the Brazilian Grand Prix. Hamilton managed to capture Mercedes' 100th pole position in Formula 1, as he aims to win for the first time as a five-time world champion. The Brit managed to beat Scuderia Ferrari‘s Sebastian Vettel by 0.093 seconds in mixed conditions for qualifying, managing to turn the performance around after Hamilton struggled to get to grips around the 2.6 mile Interlagos circuit on Friday.
