Hamilton: I was in a perfect place during Singapore qualy

Lewis Hamilton points to his scintillating qualifying lap at the Singapore Grand Prix as his best effort of the season, at the time he called it 'heaven-sent' and now in the wake of claiming the 2018 Formula 1 World Championship title he explained in more detail the meaning of his effort on the night Ayrton Senna had his famous Monaco qualifying lap, after which he described an out of body experience he had when pounding the streets of Monte Carlo in 1988 to claim top spot on the grid by 1.5 seconds.
