Coulthard on Ricciardo troubles: It's just frustration
David Coulthard has sympathy for Daniel Ricciardo's current Formula 1 struggles which have seen him suffer eight DNF results in the 2018 campaign, but thinks the Australian is just venting his frustration when he claims there is no point in competing in the final two races. Before the Mexican Grand Prix on Sunday, Ricciardo was already frustrated at the lack of fortune which has hampered his campaign following his win at the Monaco GP. Things would get worse, however, as another DNF result followed, leading him to label his Red Bull car as "cursed".
