Perez hopes to announce 2019 plans before Singapore

Sergio Perez has said that he hopes to announce his future beyond this season before the next Grand Prix, which is at Singapore in two weeks' time, as the Mexican to stay at Force India. RaceFans previously reported that Perez already signed an extension at Force India, but that has yet to be announced by the team. The Mexican is expected to be joined by Lance Stroll at Racing Point Force India, as his father Lawrence had a big hand in the take-over of the team. Stroll could be replacing Esteban Ocon before the end of the season. “I hope that I can be in a position to announce my plans by Singapore and stop with these questions," Perez said when asked about his future...
