Marko "would rather have Vettel win than Mercedes"

Red Bull advisor Dr Helmut Marko has revealed that he would rather see his former pupil Sebastian Vettel win the title in his Ferrari than Mercedes win it again, as the two teams are currently battling it out in both championships. Vettel edged seven points closer to Lewis Hamilton after his win at Spa Francorchamps, meaning the gap between the two championship leaders is now just seventeen points. In the constructors' championship, the gap is now fifteen points as Mercedes gained five points on Ferrari, with Kimi Raikkonen retiring from the race and Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas coming in second and fourth respectively.
