Formula 1 returned to action after what didn't seem like such a long summer break thanks to the various breaking news stories. There was plenty of off-track and on-track drama in Belgium. Phillip Horton and Joe Saward have the full report on both sides as they also delves into Racing Point Force India's new entry and reports on the weekend's racing too. IndyCar headed to Gateway where the weather didn't play nicely and forced the cancellation of qualifying, but the race went ahead as planned....
