Formula 1 returned to action after what didn't seem like such a long summer break thanks to the various breaking news stories. There was plenty of off-track and on-track drama in Belgium. IndyCar headed to Gateway where the weather didn't play nicely and forced the cancellation of qualifying, but the race went ahead as planned....
