Vettel wins at Spa with first-lap pass on Hamilton

Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel took the lead at Spa-Francorchamps early on and went on to win Sunday's Belgian Grand Prix, the first race following Formula 1's month-long summer break. Lewis Hamilton seemingly lacked the pace to challenge and had to settle for second, meaning that the Mercedes driver's championship lead over Vettel has been trimmed back by seven points. Third place went to Red Bull's Max Verstappen ahead of Valtteri Bottas and Force India pair Sergio Perez and Esteban Ocon. The race had started with a dramatic multi-car accident triggered by Renault's Nico Hulkenberg running into the back of Fernando Alonso.
