Sebastian Vettel is quickest in the final practice session of this 2018 Belgian Grand Prix, with team-mate in second... Ferrari dominate the final practice session, with Sebastian Vettel the fastest, and Kimi Raikkonen just behind him. Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas of Mercedes in third and fourth respectively, in another frustrating session for the German side. Max Verstappen finished in P5, with his team-mate a place behind him, as the top three teams predictably dominating.
