Title rivals split on Ultrasoft tyre allocations for Hungarian GP

Title rivals Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel have gone in different directions in their approach to attacking the Hungarian Grand Prix which comes straight after this weekend's German Grand Prix. Vettel has taken the aggressive route with nine sets of the purple-marked compound while Hamilton has opted for just seven sets, but the British driver will take two more of the Soft tyre as part of his allocation, with just one set of mediums. Mercedes' Valtteri Bottas will be taking the same route as the Red Bull pairing of Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen by taking with two mediums, four softs and seven Ultrasofts.
