Vettel on P3: "We're behind right now"

Sebastian Vettel has expressed his concerns about Ferrari's pace compared to Mercedes, as the Silver Arrows clearly had the faster car in qualifying as they took another one-two.  The German had to make do with a third place on the grid tomorrow, just like in France. That didn't go well at the start, however, as he turned into Valtteri Bottas in the first turn, dropping him down to P17 as well as getting a penalty handed to him. Also, just like in France, Vettel will be on a softer compound than the cars in front of him. Both Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen will start on the ultra softs, the softest tyres available in Austria, while both Mercedes cars (as well as the Red Bulls) will start...
