Massa prepares to dictate karting shake up

Former Formula 1 driver Felipe Massa has revealed his plans as he looks to better prepare the future stars of Formula 1. He is currently the president of FIA’s international karting commission and will be racing in Formula E next season.  He spoke about his plans for a shake-up whilst talking in the FIA’s Sport conference.
