Vettel: I was always too far to try and get close
Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel needed to finish ahead of championship leader Lewis Hamilton at the Monaco Grand Prix, the Ferrari driver just that trimming the points deficit from 17 points from 14 on an afternoon in which he simply did not have the firepower to challenge for victory.
