Leclerc positive after consecutive points finishes
Charles Leclerc believes Sauber are better than he first thought after finishing in the points for the second race in succession. The rookie once again battled with Fernando Alonso, something he could only dream of at the beginning of the season. Ultimately, Leclerc lost out to the Spaniard in his home race, but the battle only improved his growing reputation as one of the most exciting young prospects in the sport. The last two results have been unexpected compared with Sauber’s pace in the first few races and in testing.
