Bottas: I’ve never driven anything like that
Valtteri Bottas and his Mercedes teammate Lewis Hamilton have focussed their work during the last week of testing, in Barcelona, on race simulation runs and have by design not targeted fast laps in the W09 which the Finn says is like nothing he has ever driven. New tarmac and a year's development have combined to destroy lap times at the Spanish Grand Prix venue during the past four days in which this year's cars are a couple of seconds quicker than their predecessors at the same time twelve months ago.
