Red Bull make early start on RB14
Daniel Ricciardo says Red Bull have made an early start on the development of their 2018 car in an attempt to avoid a slow start to next season. The former world champions were expected to be Mercedes' closest challengers this year but a difficult start to the season saw their title ambitions evaporate before May's Spanish GP. Red Bull's early struggles were put down to wind tunnel correlation issues but their performances have once again improved greatly with development upgrades as the season has progressed.
