Lowe has sympathy for Mercedes' Singapore struggles

Paddy Lowe says he has sympathy for his former team Mercedes as it struggled for performance in Singapore Grand Prix qualifying.  Lewis Hamilton finished fifth, one place ahead of teammate Valtteri Bottas, as Mercedes was outpaced by both Ferrari and Red Bull on Saturday.
