Mercedes avoiding 'dangerous' assumptions
– Toto Wolff says Mercedes is ignoring "dangerous" assumptions over its prospects at this weekend's Belgian Grand Prix, as Formula 1 prepares to return from its summer break.Mercedes has won six of this season's 11 Grands Prix and typically performed better than rival Ferrari at circuits which favour aerodynamic efficiency, an important factor at Spa-Francorchamps.Mercedes holds a 39-point advantage over Ferrari but has played down talk that the manufacturer will be the team to beat in the Ardennes this weekend."From what we have seen in the first half of the season, the competitive balance will swing one way and another from circuit to circuit," Wolff...
