Mid-Season Recap: Force India locked into fourth
< > A full 60 points clear of closest rivals Williams… and 83 behind Red Bull, Force India have enjoyed a successful, if lonely start to 2017. Finishing in the points at every race bar Monaco, the team has been a model of consistency, with a best result of fourth in Barcelona, thanks to both another all-round competitive chassis and two drivers who have each impressed. If there’s been any negative so far this year, it’s the ongoing legal drama surrounding owner Vijay Mallya, but as of yet, that’s yet to have any impact on the team’s performance.
