Formula 1 to feature 'triple header' in 2018
ormula 1 will stage a record-equalling 21-race season in 2018, the FIA's World Motor Sport Council has announced, with the sport also set to experience its first ever 'triple header' sequence.Australia will once again open the campaign, with Abu Dhabi retained as the season finale, the championship running from late March to late November, as per 2017.Returning events in France (at Paul Ricard) and Germany (at Hockenheim) have been given dates of 24 June and 22 July respectively.France's comeback is set to form the first of a triple-header, with races in Austria and Britain to take place over successive weekends.Azerbaijan has been moved from June to April, taking Russia's date, with Sochi...
