Brawn eyes non-championship F1 race

– Formula 1's new sporting chief, Ross Brawn, says that his "dream" is to stage a non-championship race once a year in the future to experiment with different formats.Brawn, who enjoyed success as a technical chief at Benetton, Ferrari and his own eponymous outfit, has been appointed Managing Director, Motor Sports, by new F1 owner Liberty Media.On Tuesday, he arrived at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, where pre-season testing is taking place, and offered some insight into potential next steps."When we change the format we have to be very sure we have it right," Brawn, who is also meeting with team bosses this week, explained to Sky Sports."My dream is a...
