Sainz boosted by Toro Rosso F1 2017 similarities to Mercedes
Carlos Sainz says he takes confidence that his Toro Rosso Formula 1 team has produced a car with very similar design concepts to the title-winning Mercedes outfit. Toro Rosso became the final team to unveil its 2017 challenger at Barcelona on Sunday, with the STR12 featuring a Mercedes-style front suspension, sidepod and nose layout.
