It seems the GP of Europe has taken a new name in lieu of next years season….     The track officials have announced the Azerbaijan-based track will take a new name starting in 2017, the new track will be called the ‘Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix’.   Formerly the ‘Grand Prix of Europe’.   The team behind the track have stated the reason behind the name change was to remind people that it takes place in Azerbaijan and is, in its own right, independent from the rest of the European track.   “‘Grand Prix of Europe’ label this year, Thursday’s meeting of the World Motor Sport Council confirmed it will be called the ‘Azerbaijan Grand Prix’...
