Stroll clears final hurdle before F1 promotion
2016 Formula 3 European championship winner Lance Stroll is celebrating his 18th birthday on this day, thus clearing the final hurdle before being promoted to Formula One. The Canadian teenager is expected to be announced at Williams during a London event scheduled on Thursday 3 November.
