Confidence close to zero as Grosjean crashes again
Romain Grosjean says his confidence has been reduced to nothing after suffering his second crash of the Singapore Grand Prix weekend amidst a broader struggle to understand why his Haas 'feels weird'. The Frenchman has endured a dismal Singapore weekend so far after technical issues consigned him to the box throughout the entirety of FP1 before a crash into the wall at the high-speed final corner truncated his FP2 running. Having complained of a lack of balance from the VF16 all weekend, Grosjean's event went from bad-to-worse when he crashed heavily again at Turn 10 during the closing stages of Q2, leaving him 15th on the grid.
