Marko rubbishes Gasly rumours

Helmut Marko says rumours that Pierre Gasly will replace Daniil Kvyat from the Singapore GP onward are 'absolute rubbish.' In the build-up to Sunday's Italian Grand Prix, Spanish channel Movistar spoke with GP2 driver Gasly about his future. According to reports, he apparently revealed that a Renault representative told him that he would be in action at the Sinagpore Grand Prix. He added: 'Let's hope it's true. But in the end I need to see Helmut.' Unfortunately for Gasly, the Red Bull advisor has cleared stated that the rumour is not true. 'It's absolute rubbish,' Marko told Sky Sports F1.
