Verstappen fastest In FP2, Hamilton penalized again Max Verstappen posted the fastest time a Red Bull one-two in the second Formula 1 practice session for the Belgian Grand Prix on Friday afternoon at Spa. While another engine penalty ensured Lewis Hamilton will start Sunday's race from the back row. Verstappen finished three-tenths of a second clear of teammate Daniel Ricciardo at the top of the timesheets, Force India’s Nico Hulkenberg made an impressive start to the weekend by finishing third-fastest for Force India, with teammate Sergio Perez following half a second behind in P5.
