Button encouraged by P8 performance

Jenson Button impressed onlookers at the German Grand Prix when he managed to place in an impressive eighth at the Hockenheimring. In a long and hard race for the Brit and his teammate Fernando Alonso, Button took full advantage of a grip-less Valtteri Bottas towards the latter stages of the race when he completed an easy overtake on him to claim P8. He too, however, complained about losing grip on his tyres but managed to keep the drivability as he crossed the chequered flag behind Force India’s Nico Hulkenberg.
