Berger: 'Mercedes want to keep Nico'
Monaco Grand Prix – Nico Rosberg won't be opening negotiations with anyone but Mercedes in the immediate future. That's according to his contract negotiator, Gerhard Berger. Berger, the former F1 driver and Toro Rosso team boss, is handling Rosberg's contract negotiations after being asked by the Rosberg family to do so, as a long time friend of Nico's father Keke. Rosberg, who currently leads the World Championship standings, is out of contract with the German marque at the end of the current season but Berger says that there's little doubt in his mind that the formalities of a new contract will be agreed upon: 'I think everybody understands the others' position: Mercedes wants to...
