Verstappen crash & Nasr engine failure cause quali stoppages

Max Verstappen crashed during qualifying for the Monaco Grand Prix, bringing out a second red flag of the first phase of the session. The first red flag was caused by Felipe Nasr, who will start the Sunday’s race from the back of the grid following an apparent engine failure on his Sauber. Verstappen, who won the Spanish Grand Prix two weeks ago on his debut for the Red Bull Racing team, crashed at the second part of the Swimming Pool complex. The Dutchman was on his first quick lap after taking it easy on his first lap as the second lap seems to get the best out of the Ultrasoft Pirelli tyre, only to hit the wall on the inside of the second part of the Swimming pool complex, breaking...
