Rosberg claims pole position in Russia as Hamilton falters

Nico Rosberg claimed pole position at the Russian Grand Prix, after Lewis Hamilton suffered a technical glitch at the beginning of Q3, and that meant the Englishman could start no higher than 10th place. Sebastian Vettel qualified in second place, but due to his eminent 5-place grid penalty, the German will start seventh. Story of the session  Sauber's Felipe Nasr was first to take to track, after not managing to make the cut during any occasion this season, Nasr set a 1.39.549, but was quickly beaten by the two Haas' cars, with Gutiérrez smashing the fastest time.
