Ferrari escapes punishment after a suspicious pit sign was spotted…. Ferrari were under investigation by the FIA after an apparent ‘coded’ pit lane sign was spotted by a rival team. This comes after the recent radio ban limiting drivers communication with their team, this is an attempt to make the driver more independent and bring the sport back to its original roots. 'They are allowed to give the same messages they give on the radio and no more,' said Charlie Whiting FIA Race Director.
