Williams feels it underestimated Toro Rosso

– Williams feels that it underestimated Toro Rosso's potential for 2016 following the pre-season period, and is now behind Red Bull's junior team in the Formula 1 pecking order.Felipe Massa finished ahead of Carlos Sainz Jr. and Max Verstappen at the season opener in Australia, but Williams technical chief Pat Symonds reckons qualifying told the true story.Verstappen placed fifth on the grid, behind only the Mercedes and Ferrari drivers, and ahead of Massa and Sainz Jr., while Valtteri Bottas dropped out in the second phase."In testing, we were not completely clear where Toro Rosso were," Symonds told Autosport."When we rank the cars, we put aero bars on our rankings...
