Force India secure 5 year Sminoff agreeement

The Sahara Force India Formula One team have secured a 5 year agreement with Diageo brand Smirnoff (Vodka) to the value of $15 million per season. The agreement forms part of a settlement between Diageo and team co-owner Dr Vijay Mallya over the sale of United Spirits Limited. During negotiations surrounding this settlement the team have been keen to highlight that proceedings have no impact on the day to day management of  the team.  It is positive that within the conclusion it has been possible to ensure a level of financial security.
