Hamilton "feeling good" despite fever and car crash

Lewis Hamilton insists he is in good shape for the Brazilian Grand Prix, despite the fever and car crash that forced him to delay his travel. Hamilton was ill at the start of the week, and then suffered a car crash in Monaco on Monday night when he damaged his Pagani Zonda in an accident in Monaco.
