Red Bull unlikely to use Renault update

– Red Bull is unlikely to use the upgrade engine supplier Renault has brought to the United States Grand Prix, according to driver Daniel Ricciardo.Renault confirmed on Wednesday that it will offer a new specification unit, featuring largely changes to the ICE internals, to both Red Bull and Toro Rosso.But introducing the updates would lead to grid penalties and, with no certainty that they will deliver a sizeable step forward, Ricciardo doubts Red Bull will opt to use them."It's available if we want to use it, but obviously that would mean a penalty," said Ricciardo."We've got to understand if it is worth it.
