Kevin Magnussen will leave McLaren after failing to secure an F1 race seat with the team for 2016. Magnussen's F1 hopes now lie with Renault, with the Dane hoping the French manufacturer completes a takeover of Lotus to open the door to a seat a little further. However, a back-up option could see him head to the United States to race in IndyCar, with a deal to drive for Andretti in 2015 having fallen through when he was called up to replace the injured Fernando Alonso in Australia...
