Kvyat told Red Bull future is secure
Daniil Kvyat has been told that his Formula 1 future with Red Bull is now all but secure, on the back of his recent strong performances. Although the Russian had a difficult start to the campaign, which was hindered by a lack of mileage in testing and the early races, he has recovered strongly since then. At the Hungarian Grand Prix he delivered the best result of his career with a strong second place, and in Belgium last weekend he finished fourth. The improvement in his form has left team boss Christian Horner relaxed about his driver situation, with Daniel Ricciardo already locked in to a long-term deal.
