Raikkonen to start from 16th after penalty

Scuderia Ferrari Kimi Raikkonen will start from 16th position at the Belgian Grand Prix after Ferrari fitted a new gearbox to his SF15-T overnight. Raikkonen stopped on track during Q2 and was provisionally set to start the race from 14th on the grid. However, a five place grid penalty will be applied, meaning that he drops down the order. Due to penalties for other drivers, the impact of Raikkonen's sanction is limited and he will only drop behind Felipe Nasr and Will Stevens.
