Albers resigns from Caterham

Caterham have announced that Christijan Albers has resigned as CEO, with Manfredi Ravetto taking over with immediate effect. Albers joined Caterham at the start of July when the team was sold by Tony Fernandes to a Swiss and Middle Eastern consortium. However, his days as team boss have been short-lived. The team announced on Sunday, in the wake of the Italian GP, that the Dutchman had left the team.
