Caterham appoints F4 development team

Caterham has appointed Sean Walkinshaw Racing as its driver development team in the BRDC Formula 4 championship. Having expanded its Driver Development Programme in recent months, Caterham has moved in to F4 in order to help drivers progress at the start of their single-seater careers. Team principal Christijan Albers sad the partnership with Sean Walkinshaw Racing (SWR) will allow Caterham to identify young talent at an even earlier stage. “A junior formula like BRDC F4 is the perfect scenario to start a racing career and we are very happy with this collaboration with Sean Walkinshaw Racing,” Albers said. “If the talent is there, it should be supported and with the SWR –...
