Ricciardo surprised by gap to Mercedes

– Daniel Ricciardo says he is surprised by the sizeable advantage Mercedes held over the rest of the field during qualifying for the Spanish Grand Prix. Ricciardo finished as best of the rest behind Silver Arrows duo Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg in Saturday's grid-deciding session, but was a full second off the pace. "We are again best of the best but it's not quite good enough. We're still a second off," said Ricciardo. "I thought my lap was not too bad, so I was expecting a smaller gap.
