Nasr to get maiden FP1 outing in Bahrain

– Williams tester Felipe Nasr will make his Formula 1 race weekend debut at the Bahrain Grand Prix. The Brazilian, who is to dovetail his F1 duties with a third term in the feeder GP2 Series for Carlin, will take to the wheel of the FW36 during Friday's opening free practice session, the first of five anticipated outings this season. Nasr will be joined in FP1 by fellow test drivers Giedo van der Garde (Sauber) and Robin Frijns (Caterham).
